When you place an order or use our intake forms, we collect:

Parent/Guardian Information: Name, email address, phone number (for SMS video delivery, and updates), and payment details.

Child Personalization Details: First name(s), phonetic pronunciation guidelines, age, and milestone preferences.

Submitted Media Clips: Raw 5-second video clips uploaded by parents for our Picture-in-Picture (PIP) co-watching frames.
How We Use Submitted Media (No AI Deepfakes)

100% Authentic: We never process, alter, or train AI models using your child’s face, image, or voice.

Pure Co-Watching: Parent-submitted video clips are placed directly into a static Picture-in-Picture frame on screen while our animated characters react live.

Private Purpose Only: Submitted clips are used strictly to edit your purchased video pass and are never published, shared, or indexed on public search engines.
Video Storage, Expiration & Deletion

Camera-Roll Bound Delivery: Final videos delivered via private, unlisted cloud links straight to your phone so you can save them directly to your native photos app.

No Public Indexing: Video links are unlisted, non-indexable by search engines, and inaccessible to the general public.

Automated Cleanup: Raw media uploads and rendered video files are kept on our secure servers only long enough to fulfill your order and handle backup requests, after which they are permanently deleted from our working servers.
Marketing & Social Media Policy

We Never Post Your Kid: We will never post your child’s face, name, or video clip on our website, social media, or advertising feeds without explicit, written photo release consent from a parent or guardian.

Public Marketing: Any marketing content created by Pocket Kid Stars uses animated characters, licensed assets, or optional parent-approved and even then they are silhouette edits.

Optional Parent Sharing: Parents are welcome to share their videos or reaction clips on their own personal social media accounts, but there is zero obligation to do so.
Data Security & Third-Party Services

We process orders using encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways (such as Wix Payments and Stripe).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your family’s personal information or uploaded media to third parties.
